Boeing Commercial Airplanes |BCA| Supply Chain Finance team is looking for a Procurement Finance Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our team in Everett, WA.

It brings efficiencies, cost savings and increased combat capabilities in everything from parts and repairs to delivery and analysis.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts complex cost/price analyses using statistical tools, market trend data and parametric models. Prepares strategies and leads price negotiations with supplier for unusual or complex proposals

  • Reviews Statement of Work (SOW) packages and develops pricing instructions, matrices and bid instructions for the Request for Quote/Request for Proposal (RFQ/RFP)

  • Applies quantitative analysis in the development of supplier pricing and analytical models

  • Identifies statement of work and determines model coverage

  • Conducts financial, operational, proposal and procedural audits of supplier data and systems

  • Develops estimates from historical data, parametric analysis, technical requirements, and diverse sources of data

  • Prepares complex Priced Bill of Material estimate and Prime Termination Proposals

  • Performs risk and opportunity analysis

  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role

  • 3+ years of experience in analyzing data and making recommendations to take appropriate actions based on findings or doing business case analysis (i.e. Return on Investment, Cost/Benefit)

  • 3+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level management

  • Experience in a role that required building cross-functional consensus among internal and external stakeholders to drive business results

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • Willingness to learn systems and take constructive feedback from others

  • Ability to apply large amounts of data with accuracy in order to drive strategic decisions/recommendations

  • Experience with analytics and data visualization

  • Comprehension of supply chain operations from raw material to end product

Typical Education/Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range :

Mid-Level (Level 3):$ 90,100 – 95,400

Senior (level 4) : 113,900 – $120,600
