About your responsibilities:

  • You will be supporting the Too Faced EMEA regional team on sales administration missions.

  • Your main responsibility will be to extract and centralize data received by retailers and communicate it to the rest of the Too faced team.

  • You will do so by filling weekly and monthly reports on performances, and collect any comments the commercial team may have to cascade to management.

  • You will also be responsible for handling all ‘no charge orders’, i.e place orders for any free products to send retailers, stores or team, whether from the warehouse through affiliates or from the office.

  • You will have additional sales administration responsibilities such a translation review, presentation support, database maintenance, accounting support etc

  • Data: Weekly and monthly retail sales/sell through data collection, synthetization, analysis, and collection of comments from field before communication to broader team

  • Orders: Collection and process of no charge orders, tracking of budget

  • Database management: Maintain products status for orders, communication of retail sales/prices to affiliates, regular check of internal retail sales data

  • Accounting: Maintain expense tracker and communicate monthly expenses to affiliates

Qualifications

About you:

Required Language Proficiency: English and French fluency

Education level : Bac 4/ 5 , University/Business school degree (Administration/ Business analysis...)

  • Administrative skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Fluency in English is mandatory

  • Strong analytical skills
