Are you a culinary maestro with a flair for international flavors? Park Hyatt Doha is on the hunt for a talented and seasoned Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine to orchestrate our kitchen operations, ensuring each dish reflects the diverse and exquisite tastes of global cuisine.

Your main responsibilities will include overseeing kitchen staff, orchestrating menu creation and execution, and maintaining stringent standards of food safety and hygiene. We're seeking someone with a rich culinary background, a knack for leadership, and an unyielding passion for crafting extraordinary dishes from around the world.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel, with a focus on International Cuisine.

  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

  • Excellent culinary skills, with a creative approach to menu development and dish presentation.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards under pressure.

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, management, and suppliers.
