Job Description:


This position may be responsible for running daily reports, sales order entry including processing of contracts. Daily administrative communication with our overseas offices/agents and correlate those with our internal credit and export services departments. It will also include interaction with our agents around the world and customer interaction. This position will also be responsible for answering multi-line phones and for managing the group filing needs. Coordinate travel arrangements for customers, arrange meetings and book conference rooms and other duties as assigned. This person must be flexible and be willing to adapt to changes. Professional demeanor, phone etiquette, good teamwork skills and a strong work ethic are required.


Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 2+ years' experience.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including using a Tyson Business Computer System (preferred) and basic MS Office software.

Communication Skills: Strong and verbal communication skills.
