Pay Rate: $18 per hour.

Work Hours: 7:30 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday

What’s a typical day as a Shipping Clerk? You’ll be:

• Load and unload trucks, verify shipping and receiving documents

• Receive and check incoming product. Transport product to various areas of the facility

• Prepare orders for shipment. Band/shroud and label as required, stage, and load

• Replenish assigned pick locations with product from bulk storage. • Pull product for ship bin replenishment

• Perform a variety of administrative functions associated with the receipt, storage and shipment of goods. This includes verification of quantities, preparation of inventory and maintenance records, and utilization of distribution forms, reports, and referral documents

• Conduct routine equipment checks and perform daily maintenance, as required.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED

• Demonstrate close attention to detail to achieve accuracy in tasks

• Are physically agile and able to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift and lift/maneuver 50 lbs.

• Have the ability to work cohesively with a diverse range of people

• Have a flexible attitude towards job duties and can perform a variety of tasks upon request

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to learn and effective use AS400 and JDA Warehouse Management System.

• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and safety • Must have good mathematical skills

• Forklift experience and ability to pass forklift test.
