Title: Associate, EDI Operations I

Location: 17 Technology Circle Columbia SC 29203 United States

Duration: 6 months on W2

Rate: $ 22.18/hr

We are looking for an Associate EDI Operations I to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Education:

  • Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another job-related field Degree

  • 2 years of technical operations support experience or other applicable experience.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Phone Customer Service, Banking, Data Analysis, EDI, Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Process written requests and manage logs supporting these requests.

  • Provide telephone support for first-level calls, assisting callers with inquiries and issues.

  • Manage one or more customer service logs via the info call tracking system.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of requests related to electronic data interchange (EDI) products and services.

  • Utilize a relational database for tracking purposes to maintain expedient and accurate service levels for EDI requests.

  • Support in the setup of electronic transactions, software, electronic remittances, and submitter testing certification.

  • Oversee written and electronic requests related to EDI, ensuring proper handling and resolution.

  • Prepare materials for monthly audits and provide support during the audit process.

  • Process requests/responses received from other departments or areas as needed.
