We are hiring a Corporate Card Analystwho will be responsible for full cycle Financial Shared Services role with primary responsibility to ensure that payments through ActivePay corporate credit cards are processed and reconciled timely. Analytical responsibilities to resolve issues for vendors in a proficient and efficient manner. Continuous self-development including actively seeking cross training and leadership opportunities. What you will do: Obtain and upload data into PNC Activepay to create payment logs for PNC Activepay merchants. Answer daily emails and calls from vendors regarding system and program issues. Facilitate timely reconciliation of vendor payments by assisting with training vendors on receiving and processing card remittances. This may include providing credit card information, PIN information, resending remitance emails, or updating the email addresses on file for the payments. Facilitate one-time payments for vendors when urgent situations arise. Develop both vendor and location professional relationships relating to credit card payment reconciliation. Maintain and help correct master data file by noting and requesting changes where needed. Work as a secondary resource to assist with the issuance and monitoring of corporate credit card programs and their account reconciliation.
