Position Summary: ProAmpac is seeking a highly motivated Innovation Intern to join our team. This internship provides an exciting opportunity for students pursuing degrees in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or Packaging Engineering to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct experiments and lab work to develop and test active/intelligent packaging solutions.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of case studies to showcase innovative packaging developments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, solve technical challenges, and drive project success.

• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in food safety and packaging technology.

• Document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately.

• Present findings and project updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.

• Passion for research and development with a focus on food safety and packaging technology.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
