Wells Enterprises Senior Associate Brand Manager in Chicago, Illinois
As a Senior Associate Brand Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical support across all aspects of brand management, including marketing campaign strategy & execution, innovation, new item commercialization, business performance analysis, consumer research and budget management.
Responsibilities Include:
Campaign Planning & Execution
Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans across paid/owned/earned tactics to meet brand objectives;
Ensure brand guidelines and standards are consistently applied across all marketing channel
Brand Strategy Development
- Effectively execute key initiatives to ensure delivery to top and bottom line P&L targets
Consumption Analysis & Reporting
- Act as the category subject matter expert, analyzing consumption performance data and translating findings into actionable insights as part of monthly business performance reviews
New Item Development & Portfolio Maintenance
- Lead critical product management projects (including but not limited to line extensions, packaging updates, and minor renovations) with cross-functional stakeholders
Budget Management
- Manage annual marketing spend, brand budgets and billing process, collaborating with Finance partners on a routine basis
Strategic Innovation Support
- Support Brand, Insights and Innovation team on future pipeline development from conception through execution
Sales Support
- Create internal and customer-facing marketing materials, including selling stories
Competitive Analysis
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy
Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors
