Description:

Facilities tech or Building Engineer needed for major local medical facility.

• Must have an understanding of building systems, safety protocols, and building inspections.

• Must be able to articulate skills and experience comfortably.

• Must know how Patch, paint, walls, repair plumbing, and have minor electrical experience.

• Will be conducting building repairs, preventive maintenance, and assist with state audits and inspections.

• Will replace filters on air handlers
