AGENT(E) SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE

POSTE PERMANENT – SAINTE-MARIE

TA PARTICIPATION AU SUCCÈS DE L’ENTREPRISEEN COLLABORATION AVEC LE CHEF SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE, VOICI LE RÔLE QUI T’ATTEND :

• Analyser, prioriser et coordonner les demandes du client avec les autres départements internes de l’entreprise;

• Effectuer la prise de commande et faire le suivi des inventaires;

• Préparer les soumissions et assurer le suivi;

• Apporter un support aux représentants externes;

• Rechercher et fournir des informations techniques aux clients;

AS-TU LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ?

• Détenir 1 à 3 années d’expérience au service à la clientèle en milieu manufacturier (atout);

• Maîtrise de la langue anglaise;

• Faire preuve de sens client et être en mesure de bien gérer les priorités;

• Détenir une aptitude marquée pour le travail d’équipe;

• Être en mesure de communiquer et agir avec tact;

• Connaissances de la suite Microsoft et système ERP.
