Pay: $16 per hour

Position:

• Full-Time
• Weekend and Overtime hours as directed by Operations Manager
• Second Shift
• 5:30 PM -- 2 AM

Objectives/Summary of Position: The primary goal of this position is the orderly, smooth, and efficient cleaning and sanitizing all plant production areas and equipment.

Skills Required: Position requires knowledge of cleaning and sanitation equipment and supplies, physical strength, manual dexterity, and the ability to work quickly. Must be aware of chemical handling and safety.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions of the Job:

• Clean and sanitize all production equipment, machinery, conveyors, and areas
• Hose down, clean and sanitize floors of the production area
• Empty all trash containers
• Notify supervisor of necessary equipment maintenance and repairs
• Use time wisely
• Complete chemical handling training
• Complete lock/out tag/out training
• Company provided pallet jack training as needed
• Assume pre-op duties as required
• Maintain a good attitude toward all fellow team members
• Maintain an active interest in improving performance level
• Actively maintains high personal sanitary measures by following the established guidelines
• Maintain a good attendance record and report to work on time
• Perform related duties as apparent or assigned
• Demonstrate an active interest and positive safety attitude
• Demonstrate an active interest in producing quality products/services

Physical Requirements: These are the current essential functions of the job and are subject to change.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs as needed and push 100lbs.

• Must be able to withstand an environment that is damp and humid
