Outdoor and Seasonal Position

Shift and Time: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Day Shift

Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full-Time

Pay: Starting at $19.00 an hour and up (Overtime Available)

Assist the Foreman in all aspects of fence, guardrail, permanent sign, or playground installations, as well as setting up traffic control zones. There are three types of laborer roles at our Bismarck, and Minot location:

Fence Laborer - Dakota Fence

• Assist the foreman installing fencing products.

• Sign detailing via Screen printing/digital printing/vinyl lettering

Traffic Control Laborer - 3D Specialties

• set up traffic cones

Playground Installer - Dakota Playground

• position with the most travel

• travel around and install commercial playgrounds

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Fence, traffic control, playground or other construction experience preferred, but not necessary

• Ability to drive a truck and trailer combination

• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with good overall interpersonal skills

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others

• Willingness/ability to obtain a CDL/Class A Driver’s License a plus

• Willingness to obtain CPSI Certification (Certified Playground Safety Inspector) a plus
