Our client, a leading innovator in industrial technology, seeks a Design Engineer III to join their growing product development team. As a Design Engineer III, you will play a key role in bringing the next generation of pressure transducer/sensor products to life.

Job Title: Design Engineer III

Location: Bethel, CT

Pay Range: $ 60-65/hr

What’s the Job?

• Lead the design process for pressure transducer/sensor products, from concept to launch.

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (CATIA V5, Creo, or AutoCAD).

• Collaborate with internal teams (manufacturing, quality) and external partners (suppliers, customers) to ensure design excellence and manufacturability.

• Conduct and interpret various engineering analyses (structural, thermal, etc.) to verify product performance.

• Manage design projects from concept to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (minimum).

• 6+ years of experience in mechanical design or project engineering.

• Proven ability to lead and manage design projects from start to finish.

• Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA V5, Creo, or AutoCAD) and product lifecycle management systems.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (ITAR requirement).
